I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, almost lost for words on how to even explain it! From the GM to finance it's just remarkable service. Everyone there was just absolutely wonderful to my family. It doesn't matter what salesperson you get your gonna get a deal that's gonna make your jaw drop!! I live in Massachusetts and was searching across the country for a very specific truck without getting price gouged. Autocenters had what I was looking for with a great price tag! I dealt with Aaron and I can honestly say I have never dealt with a better salesman in my life. I spent about a month to make the deal happen because buying an out of state vehicle and having it transported in Mass is a much bigger deal then I expected. Most salespeople would've gotten fed up after a week of dealing with the process. Aaron went above and beyond to go over every detail on the truck including an awesome video call. He handled all the back and forth with me and my insurance company to make this happen, we were in touch almost every day for a month. Not once did he ever get annoyed or sick of me even when multiple transport companies kept cancelling, he always had a fantastic attitude. You do not find that kind of service at all here in the Boston area. Complete honesty and transparency this truck was exactly what he said it was. It's a 2016 and it's in such amazing condition many people that have seen it have mistaken it for a new 2022. If you are on the fence of buying from Autocenters even if you're from out of state do yourself a favor and do it you will not regret it. Aaron will take great care of you.

I work out on the river and things are always crunched for time in my little time off work. I called Jeff told him what date I was gunna be off the boat and what I wanted the guy went way beyond what he had to or even needed to to make everything work out for me and my family from price to detailing the new truck everything was awesome.

We dropped off our vehicle for repairs at the auto center car repair facility in Bonne Terre. We saw a pre owned Explorer being processed in on the parking lot. We called the dealership, they made the necessary repairs and a few we wanted taken care of too. Easy/peas and the best customer service from all the gang there. Quinton, Jeff and Jeremy (and a few of the other guys that helped) were just awesome! Totally unexpected customer service. We will be back!

Drove 150 miles to look at a vehicle, not the one I actually drove home, it sold earlier in the day. Nonetheless, Jason made buying a new (to me) truck not just a pleasant experience, he made it fun. Went to AutoCenters of Bonne Terre not expecting much. They had a car I wanted to look at and ended up purchasing. They are salesmen, there is no doubt, but I will say, even knowing that, they didn't try gimmicks and try to sell me something I didn't want, I knew what I wanted and we got the deal done. I will say, I purchased the warranty as I have never owned a luxury car and am still a little scared of what issues may cost, but with the warranty I have more of a peace of mind. After one week of owning the car, something didn't seem right, so I took it to a place I trusted and they said there was a bearing that was bad. I though that this would really test the warranty, which it did. The warranty didn't cover the issue as they determined it was pre-existing and they wouldn't cover it. I contacted Jeremy at AutoCenters and worked with the warranty company and him to get my car repaired. The warranty didn't pay, however, AutoCenters stepped up and took care of the repairs. Jeremy worked with the mechanic, that I took my car to, and they got my bearing fixed and I was back on the road in a car that I love. To say I was nervous about getting it fixed since I just bought it, is an understatement, but Jeremy took care of it, stayed in contact, and continually told me, we take care of our customers, which they did. AutoCenters is a place I would definitely purchase another vehicle from! Great service, really nice people, and they stand behind their brand. Thanks Team!
